Production Process

After cleaning, the wheat goes through the milling stage, in special roller mills or a traditional stone mill, where the flour is now extracted from the grain. The milled product passes through special sieves that separate it into 3 main grades: Flour - Semolina - Bran. In order to produce wholemeal flour, the product is extracted.
